Brace yourself because there are a million pictures that follow! As you can see I was excited n’ I could not wait to get up to go to The Makeup Show Chicago!  This is my second time attending  n’ I must say this was by far the best yet! I absolutely adored the location this year from the high ceilings, beautiful natural light coming in from the large windows, n’ exposed brick gave the room a true eclectic feel. The building had so much character to it n’ totally captured the feel of the event. Once you walk in, get checked in, n’ get your booklet you had to wait for the freight to come down…

Hi Ladies n’ Gents,

I have oily acne prone skin so unfortunately I have to do a lot to it to maintain it. For years I used Olay products n’ they worked great but then one day my skin became immune to the line I was using. I decided to use something a little stronger so I moved to Shiseido. The process for me to find new products to use was rigorous,  I researched the heck out of 5 lines n’ for what I needed, which is to: Control oil, shine, n’ prevent break outs!

Shiseido Pureness Deep Cleansing Foam, Shiseido Pureness Anti-Shine Refreshing Lotion, Dr. Weil Mega Bright Serum (Great for evening out your skin tone), Clairns Multi-Active Skin Renewal Serum (Helps to prevent fine lines n’ wrinkles), Shiseido Pureness Matifying Moisturizer, n’ last but not least Shiseido Blemish Clearing Gel, I use the products in the order listed.

I absolutely love these products, they are a little on the pricier side but makeup n’ skincare are the areas where I splurge.I plan to do a skin care routine video soon displaying: how to use them, how much to use, n’ what each  product does.

Hi Ladies n’ Gents,

Recently, I picked up a sample of Chanels newest mascara Le Volume De Chanel. Luckily, Chanel offered a sample of mascara because I wanted to try it first before I spend $30…

Above is a picture of my lashes with no mascara….

After one coat of mascara…This is what amazed me…I have tried many mascaras from high end to low but no mascara has given me: Volume, Length, N’ separation like Chanels Le Volume De Chanel.

After two coats…

Whenever I wear this mascara I get many inquires about which one I use. I find this mascara well worth the $30, I plan on buying it soon!
