Fashion Fair Cosmetics Spring 2014 Collection “Eyes Wide Shut” Makeup Review

Fashion Fair Cosmetics launched an amazing spring collection entitled “Eyes Wide Shut”. I am honored to review the products for you! However, my silly camera decided to catch only a few parts of my lipstick application but no worries, all colors are represented. The “Eyes Wide Shut” Spring 2014 collection consisted of 6 Shadows, 6 lipsticks, n’ 1 mascara! With Tia Dantzler as the new global  creative director of Fashion Fair Cosmetics she wanted her debut collection to “Infuse fun, bright, and dazzling colors”.

Lipsticks: The colors are all listed in the order shown in the video.

Luscious  Nudes:  Posh, Femme, Lace
Flirty Reds : Rage (Blue Based), Catfight (Warm Based), Seduction (Blue Based)

Overall Review: The lipsticks are all rich n’ creamy! Very hydrating to the lips n’ they feel good/soothing when you applied, I can not see my lips drying out. The Lipsticks give a satin finish so there would be no need for gloss. You are getting a two in one deal with these lipsticks both lipstick n’ gloss in one! The coverage is opaque, which I love. I am not a fan of sheer lipsticks! BRIING ON THE COLOR! The only thing I can see as a con is the scent for those who do not like scent. I personally enjoy the hint of mint!

Mascara

Price: 16:50

Overall Review: My lashes did not feel dry or irritated. I really like the way it lengthens, separated, n’ gave my lashes volume. The biggest thing I look for in a mascara is if it made them look thicker n’ it did. An added bonus is that it washed off easily.

Eyeshadows: The colors are all listed in the order shown in the video.

Colors: Indigo, Ocean, Livid, Sedona, Pure Gold, n’ Tahiti

Overall Review: All the shadows have shimmer in them, which they are all vibrant n’ pigmented.  I just wish there was a matte shade. The shadows have vitamin E in them which means they are hydrating. I am really happy with the color pay off!
