I recently went to a fabulous art n’ charity event n’ I decided to be bright. I have always wanted to wear this skirt  n’ top that I bought at Macys (20 years ago it feels like) but I always wait till I find the perfect pieces to pair it with before I wear it…I loved the outcome of my patients…

I love the detailing (not to mention I LOVE sequins, have you seen my addicted to sequins video? Watch it here). I wanted each piece to stand out! Many people thought it was a dress because the limes matched perfectly. I just lucked up n’ waited a while until I found the perfect complimenting pieces…

I hope you all had a wonderful Cinco de Mayo, I spent the day working partially but afterward I had a ball. My friends n’ I went to a few Cinco de Mayo festivities then finished the night singing karaoke. However, I did not sing! I just enjoyed listening to those with enough courage to do so. They were not your average Karaoke singers! These people were not stumbling over there words, or laughing there way through the song, they were SANGIN’!  From the looks of it they take it serious there! Knowing myself I would get up there n’ start acting a fool, they would probably kick me off the stage! LOL

“Food is the Gateway To The Soul”~C.Michelle

Hi Ladies n’ Gents,

 I love eating savory n’ hearty food, with that being said I can even make a salad hearty! LOL…

Prep Time: 1 hour 30 mins ( I let the chicken marinate for a hour)
Cooking time: 15 mins
Serves: 6 (I purchased 2lbs of fresh chicken strips. Once cut n’ plated there were enough for seconds, I was preparing food for three)
