Brace yourself because there are a million pictures that follow! As you can see I was excited n’ I could not wait to get up to go to The Makeup Show Chicago!  This is my second time attending  n’ I must say this was by far the best yet! I absolutely adored the location this year from the high ceilings, beautiful natural light coming in from the large windows, n’ exposed brick gave the room a true eclectic feel. The building had so much character to it n’ totally captured the feel of the event. Once you walk in, get checked in, n’ get your booklet you had to wait for the freight to come down…

Hi Ladies n’ Gents,

What do you get a man that has everything? This is my struggle every year when it comes to getting something for daddy! I finally figured out my southern gent father just wants to be surronded by his family with good food, watch the basketball game in silence, n’ receive a ton of love! He is the one of the only men in the house besides the cat so you already know he is spoiled LOL. I hope you are treating your daddies, God fathers, grand dads, father of your children, n’/or a father figure like a king! Even though we love n’ cherish them every day today is ALL ABOUT THEM! So rub those bunions or if you are like me treat them to a pedi, prepare there fav meal, n’ roll out the red carpet for them.

I know there are a few last minute shoppers out there like me so I hope to inspire some ideas! I know some of the items are cliqué (maybe not the Men Clarisonic) but maybe your dads are like mine n’ just want to be surronded by love! Treat them like gold!
